Return Policy

Cheeks by Tony Little warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship with a 30-day return policy. This return policy is made by Cheeks only to the original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Cheeks authorized dealers as shown by the original sales receipt. Any problems arising from misuse, attempts to repair, dropping or extreme wear are not covered by this warranty. If you experience any problems or have any questions regarding the operation of this unit, please visit www.cheeksforlife.com. This guarantee applies only to end-user customers in the United States.

If for any reason, you decide that our product is not for you, please call us at 877-363-3709 within 30 days from date received. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) provide return instructions. Items being returned must arrive in brand new condition (in original packaging) showing no signs of wear and tear and must be free of any scuffs, dings, cracks, odors or scrapes in order to receive a full refund of the amount paid. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To reduce the chance of damage during shipping, please review the re-packing instructions that will be provided with the RMA.

If you used any discount or promotional coupons, you will receive the full refund less the value of the promotional coupons. Returns are processed within 10-15 days after the product has been received and inspected by our return center. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit to reflect on your credit card or method of payment used.
