Exchange Policy
Cheeks® by Tony Little warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship with a 30-day exchange policy. This exchange policy is made by Cheeks® only to the original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Cheeks® authorized dealers as shown by the original sales receipt. Any problems arising from misuse, attempts to repair, or extreme wear are not covered by this warranty. If you experience any problems or have any questions regarding your purchase please visit www.cheeksforlife.com. The exchange benefits of this policy apply only to end-user customers in the United States.
Important Information to Know About Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only approved for items that are in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the amount of your original purchase.
- If you are exchanging an item for a different style that has a different price, you will be charged for the difference in price.
- If you are exchanging for a lower priced item, you will be credited a Cheeks® e-merchandise credit.
- The new item will not be shipped until the original item is received and the exchange has been approved based on these exchange guidelines.
- All exchanges must be sent to the same shipping address as the original. If you need the product shipped to a different address you can return it for a refund and place a new order.
If your Cheeks® don’t fit quite right, you might be eligible to exchange for another size. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility for inspection. Within the return packaging, please include your full name and RMA that was assigned when the exchange was initiated. Shipping of the new product will be covered by Cheeks®. The shoes being exchanged need to be in brand-new condition and the exchange request needs to be received within 30 business days of delivery. Please call us at 877-363-3709 within 30 days from date received to create an exchange ticket and you will be provided the mailing address. Items being exchanged must arrive in brand new condition showing no signs of wear and tear and must be free of any scuffs, dings, cracks, odors or scrapes to receive an equal value size exchange. If they are received with any wear and tear signs, scuffs, dings, cracks, odors or scrapes, the exchange will be declined and will be returned to the address from which they were shipped. To reduce the chance of damage during shipping, please review the re-packing instructions that will be provided with the Return Merchandise Agreement.
Exchanges are processed within 15-20 days after the product has been received and inspected by our return center.
